The Meat Packing District is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Manhattan. Most streets are cobble stone with boutique shopping, art galleries, restaurants and night life. With only a few residential buildings, most of the area is focused on retail and commerce. Majority of the buildings are industrial factories, now converted into even spaces and art galleries.
