Yuri Ossipov is a founding member of Downtown Life, a Manhattan based real estate firm offering brokerage services for Downtown’s most unique properties. Together with his partner, Peter Kim, Yuri founded Downtown Life to realize his vision of an agile brokerage model devoted to integrity and high quality of service. Yuri’s real estate experience is directly aligned with some of the most prominent organizations in the business, his work ethic and ability to work with multiple parties earned him trust and respect from clients and the New York brokerage community.

A Native of Moscow, Russia, Yuri came to the United States at the age of 11. With a passion for visual communication and design, Yuri graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Digital Media and Marketing. He then started a career in real estate, working with a top national firm. He quickly moved up the ranks and was recognized as a top producing broker. Yuri is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York and National Association of Realtors.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Peter came to the states at the age of 8 and has resided in NY ever since. He is fluent in Korean. As a top producing agent in one of Manhattan’s largest real estate firms, Peter went on to realize his vision and founded Downtown Life with partner Yuri Ossipov.
